Gears are mechanical devices and round in shape. Accessory is the additional functionality of the main device. Similarly, gears accessories are equipment or device that improves the efficiency of operation of the industrial gears. The gears and gears accessories work as a single unit to do various industrial tasks. Gearboxes, transfer-cases, gear-motors, winches, gear-couplings, axles, and so on are the modern accessories that hold a great significance.
Gear Motors: This device has a gear reduction system. The main advantage of gear motor is that driven shaft is directly coupled with driving shaft. They offer a variety of applications like box taper, case erectors, conveyor drives, hot-melt glue pumps, and so on.
Winches: Winches is used to provide motion to a machine. These gears are used to convert the low force input, high speed of the handle into high torque output, low speed at the drum. Greater the reduction, the more revolutions the motor has to turn for one spindle revolution and less the motor has to work for that revolution.
Gear Couplings: gears-coupling require lubrication and fabricated from metal. These couplings can be fixed with the shaft with a setscrew or can be directly mounted on the shaft, depending upon the type of application and nature.
Axle: Axle is usually fabricated from steel. This equipment transfers the load from axle boxes to wheel. Automobiles are usually equipped with the front or rear split axle.
Gearboxes: This equipment is also known as gear-reducer, gear-head, or speed-reducer. A wide range of sizes, speed ratios and capacities are available in these boxes.
Geared Actuator: Gear Actuators is a mechanical device that put the system in the automatic action. In any control system gear actuator are the final element that receives low power signals and energy input to produce a desired output. It helps in moving or controlling the gear system.
Gearbox Housings: Gearbox housing is a non-rotating member of the gearbox, lies at the center of the gearbox and fix all other elements like shafts, bearing, spiral bevel gears.
Gear Cutters: Gear cutter is used to cut the teeth in the wheel. Through the use of gear cutter the machine gives maximum thermal stability. These cutter serves both purpose wet cutting processes, and dry machining.
Gearboxes: Gearbox is also known as gear-reducer, gear–head and speed-reducer. It is considered the important item in the gear assembly and available in wide range of capacity, sizes, and gear ratio.
